What are the arrival times?+-
Arrivals at accommodations and pitches are possible from 3:00 PM.
What time must we return the mobile home?+-
The rental must be vacated by 10:00 AM. For a late departure, please check at reception; our team will be able to inform you of the possibility of delaying your departure.
What should I do if I arrive at the campsite after 7:00 PM?+-
In the event of a late arrival (up to 10:00 PM maximum), we will provide you with all the necessary information to reach your accommodation or pitch.
Pitch stays
How many amps do the pitches have?+-
The pitches have 6 amps.
Are the pitches marked out/delimited?+-
To ensure your peace and privacy, each pitch is delimited by a hedge.
Mobile home stays
Is there a deposit, and what are the payment methods?+-
A deposit of €200 will be requested for your rental. This amount is charged upon your arrival and refunded within 48 hours after your departure.
Is cleaning included?+-
You can subscribe to an end-of-stay cleaning service. This service does not exempt you from returning the accommodation in a minimum state of cleanliness, specifically with bins emptied, dishes washed, blankets folded, and rubbish collected.
Are pets allowed?+-
We accept pets for a daily fee per animal.
Category 1 and Category 2 dogs are prohibited.
Animals must be kept on a leash, and their up-to-date vaccination record may be requested at any time.
We limit access to 2 animals per accommodation or pitch.
Animals may not be left alone at the campsite.
Facilities
Are tokens needed for the showers?+-
The sanitary facilities are freely accessible and free of charge for campsite guests.
What time is the bar/restaurant open?+-
Our bar/restaurant is open from April to October, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
How does the laundry room work?+-
The laundry room has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers.
Using an app, you can use them freely.
Several washing and drying cycles are available.
Where are the nearest electric vehicle charging stations?+-
The campsite has 2 charging stations, i.e., 4 charging points, in the car park.
Can I charge my vehicle using an outlet in the mobile home?+-
For safety reasons, the accommodations are not equipped for charging electric or hybrid vehicles.
Charging a vehicle using an accommodation's electrical outlet is strictly prohibited.
Such use can cause damage to the vehicle, the accommodation, or the campsite's electrical network, and can lead to a serious risk of fire or short-circuit.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the campsite?+-
We offer free Wi-Fi access across the entire campsite.
